Cortney joined the Mousam Valley team looking to be part of the family business while still having mother’s hours to be able to give the most to her family. Cortney is a certified Medical Assistant, however, the desire to be part of her family business with a more flexible schedule brought her to the team. Since joining the team Cortney started as the friendly voice on the phone to greet our customers and smiling face at the front desk. Cortney would also provide light administrative support to any of the staff as needed. As the business grew Cortney showed great strength in adapting and learning the industry.
